I had to order a new Gadget Guard Screen Protector for warranty reasons. When it arrived I took it to the store to have a "professional" install it. The girl didn't have a clue what she was doing!! In the end, she ruined my new screen protector. I now have to order another replacement. Even though they are free, it still costs me shipping and the time my device is unprotected. NOT HAPPY!
